Where you'll lead the charge in shaping experiential brand moments that captivate millions of members. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you'll drive creative innovation for events, evergreen campaigns, and experimental activations that redefine retail engagement. What You'll Do

• Drive Brand Innovation : Translate strategic briefs into bold creative concepts that elevate member experiences across digital, physical, and social touchpoints.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with Marketing Strategy, Customer Experience, and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns that scale.
• Manage Creative Execution : Guide a team of designers and writers to deliver on time, on budget, and on brandwhile fostering a culture of creativity and growth.
• Champion the Member Experience : Think beyond traditional advertising to design creative solutions that influence how members interact with our brand in-store and online.
• Experiment & Evolve : Test new ideas, formats, and technologies to keep Sam's Club at the forefront of experiential retail.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 3 years' experience in editorial content management or related field OR 5 years' experience in editorial content management or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Digital Content Management, Editorial, Retail Management, Supervising Associates, WE-Working for or with Creative Agencies.
