We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated ABS Welder Foreman to oversee our welding operations and lead a team of welders. The ABS Welder Foreman will be responsible for coordinating workflow, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing guidance and training to welding personnel. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in ABS welding, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and supervise ABS welding operations to ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Lead a team of ABS welders, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Train new welders on ABS welding techniques, safety protocols, and company policies and procedures.
• Monitor work progress and identify opportunities for process improvements or efficiency gains.
• Inspect welded components for quality and accuracy, making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
