About the Role

Join our Hospital Medicine team in Oxnard, CA as a Nurse Practitioner. Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care, including rounding and discharges

• Assist with admissions and cross-coverage

• Work in an open ICU (no procedures required for this role)

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and hospital staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Acute Care or Family Medicine with hospitalist/inpatient experience

• Current California NP license or eligibility for licensure

• Strong clinical and collaborative skills; prior hospitalist experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $140,000+ annually
