A company is looking for an Insurance Customer Support Associate, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and rectify complicated issues related to brokers, groups, or members regarding insurance benefits, claims, enrollment, and billing processes
Establish rapport and build confidence with external brokers to support Healthcare Insurance
Provide concierge-level support to brokers as they sell the company's products
Required Qualifications
1 year or more of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to recognize and solve mid-to-high level customer service issues
Computer experience required
