My Senior Health Plan, a leader in the Medicare B2C space for nearly 20 years, is looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Representative to join our growing team in Brentwood, TN. If you have a strong background in sales, business development, and customer service, and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors, we want to hear from you!

Job Summary : As a Telesales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving our success by engaging clients and setting up appointments for our licensed sales team. Youll be responsible for outbound and inbound calls, building relationships, and effectively communicating the value of My Senior Health Plans services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls and take inbound calls to engage potential clients.
• Professionally present My Senior Health Plans services and build rapport with leads.
• Create and update client profiles in our CRM and assist with scheduling appointments or live transfers to licensed agents.
• Use sales tactics to nurture leads and meet sales targets.
• Stay informed about Medicare products and insurance basics.
• Consistently meet sales goals and administrative deadlines.
