About the Position :

As our Head Swim Coach, you'll operate under the general guidance of the Aquatic Management Team, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care while leading our swim program. Your key responsibilities will include :

Program Development & On-Deck Leadership

• Designing and executing innovative, age-appropriate training plans that focus on technique, endurance, and speed.
• Leading all practice sessions and meets, providing clear, constructive, and individualized feedback on stroke mechanics, starts, turns, and finishes.
• Motivating and energizing swimmers to help them reach their full potential.
• Instilling sportsmanship and discipline in a positive and encouraging environment.
