Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

We’re hiring a Therapist Supervisor to oversee a talented team of clinicians providing therapy in Vancouver, Washington. This position combines leadership, mentorship, and compliance oversight to ensure every client receives the best care possible.

Responsibilities :

• Provide structured supervision and coaching to therapists.
• Review and approve treatment plans and documentation.
• Conduct training sessions and contribute to professional development.
• Coordinate with leadership to maintain workflow efficiency.
