A company is looking for a Chief Compliance & Regulatory Officer (CCRO).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the enterprise-wide compliance and ethics program
Provide executive oversight for regulatory strategy and compliance related to medical devices and healthcare services
Conduct enterprise compliance risk assessments and oversee internal compliance audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (JD, Master's, or equivalent)
Professional certification preferred (CHC, CCEP, RAC, or equivalent)
15+ years of senior leadership experience in healthcare compliance or regulatory affairs
Experience in medical device, digital health, or pharmacy services sectors
Experience supporting public company governance preferred
