Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognition, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Join forces with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their families on therapy principles to encourage consistent progress at home
• Track and Document Patient Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans for optimal results
