Job descriptionInspect all properties on a daily basis to ensure building operations are performing according to the Club's standards and procedures Performs all regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis Other duties as required HVAC experience a MUST Knowledge of the general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance
This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Club's property including but not limited to general facility maintenance, repair of buildings, construction projects, and equipment. The Maintenance Associate will respond to requests and concerns and identify unsafe and hazardous conditions.
