Condition Underwriter

A company is looking for a TPO Condition Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Review 14-16 condition files daily to ensure compliance with credit underwriter requirements and investor regulations

Communicate with internal and external partners regarding condition items that cannot be cleared

Stay updated on investor and agency guideline changes, and maintain quality control ratings

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Prefunding QC, Underwriting Help Desk, or similar mortgage condition clearing roles

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Experience with FHA, VA, USDA, and Agency loans

Knowledge of Encompass LOS
