Customer Sales & Service Representative

Location : Alliance, OH

Job Type : Full-Time, On-Site

This is a full-time, in-office position with a Monday-Friday schedule. You will be part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while developing valuable skills for your future.

What You'll Do

• Become a Trusted Advisor : Proactively engage in inside sales, generate leads, and provide outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients.
• Grow the Business : Use local marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand our reach in the community.
• Team Support : Perform general office duties and assist the team with daily operations.
• Training & Development : Complete a comprehensive 12-18 month training program that covers everything you need to know to succeed in the insurance industry. All licensing fees (Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health) will be paid for by the company.
