Job description

Job Title : AI / ML & Data Ingestion Engineer

Location : Bay Area, CA

Job Type : Founding Level SWE, Full Time, 3 days onsite

Salary : Founders-level equity and $200K-$250K+

Job ID : 7335

AI / ML & Data Ingestion Engineer - Develops and optimizes machine learning models that drive the company’s sales software. Collaborates on MLOps practices and integrates large language models (LLMs) into APIs and AI agents.

Core Strengths :

  • Primary : ML Model Development
  • Secondary : MLOps and LLM Integration

Skills & Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and validate ML models for account scoring, lead scoring, and predictive analytics
  • Experience with deep learning libraries and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, Jax, or PyTorch)
  • Streamline model deployment and maintenance via automated pipelines
  • Integrate LLMs into APIs and AI agents for data summarization and insights
  • Analyze large datasets to improve models and ensure data quality
  • Apply Natural Language Processing and Vector Databases techniques
  • Monitor and optimize model performance with A / B testing and other methods
  • Align models with business goals and recommend data-driven improvements

    • Education : Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
