What You'll Do
In this role, you will provide high-level legal and administrative support to MPUC attorneys and staff. Your responsibilities will include :
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality
- Supporting legal proceedings (hearings, technical conferences, and other proceedings), including setup and note-taking for transcripts
- Managing calendars, scheduling, and maintaining case records
- Using sound judgment, discretion, and initiative in your daily tasks
- Interfacing professionally with the public, stakeholders, and legal professionals
- Working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and our case management system
