Internal Medicine Director physician employment in Louisiana :

COMMUNITY

Live and work in the parishes of New Orleans, suburbs & the metropolitan area, with all it offers including fine dining, world class music & culture, professional sports, college sports, fishing, boating and more.

PRACTICE OVERVIEW

  • Will manage other physicians
  • Schedule M-F : 730a-5p
  • Local & Regional Travel for meetings
  • 25% Clinical - 75% Administrative
  • Administrative block time included in schedule
  • Economic / Administrative Training / Finance Course

PACKAGE

  • Base $280,000
  • Incentives / Bonus-Quality Based Performance Plan
  • No buy in Partnership opportunity= Year 2 Increase in Pay
  • Health, Dental, Vision and supplemental benefits plans
  • 401K ' 5.5% match
  • CME $3,500
  • 33 days PTO

    • YOU

  • BC / BE in Family, Internal or Geriatric Medicine
  • Supervisory Leadership 1 year or more required

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w / o US residency with current US work visa.
