As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within upscale residential and hotel environments. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible throughout the property, and respond promptly to any security-related concerns. What You'll Do :

Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at hotel and residential locations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting residents, guests, and staff as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or disturbances.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to observe for unusual activity and report findings according to Allied Universal protocols.

Assist with access control procedures, including verifying identification and granting entry to authorized individuals.

Document and report incidents, hazards, and / or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.

Support emergency response efforts by following established procedures and coordinating with local authorities when required.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
