About the Role :
As a CBRE Business Development Associate, you will assist the sales team with research, administrative support, and. generating new business.
This job is part of the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients.
What You'll Do :
Partake in sales activities. This includes lead generation, negotiations, and closings.
Secure new and expanded small business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional services to the current client base.
Establish relationships with business partners across various organizational levels.
Assist with the creation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
Manage and achieve financial, operational, and other measures and KPIs assigned in the annual review.
Track sales activity throughout the process, maintaining accurate, up-to-date information in sales database systems.
Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
What You'll Need :
High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
Ability to evaluate and communicates unusual and / or complex content in a concise and logical way.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
