Onsite Customer Service Representative - $20 / hr-$21 / hr

Our client, a waste collection company, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent Customer Service Representative to provide support in Upper Marlboro, MD!

About the Job :

• Support customer calls, emails, and other requests.
• Assist with pickup scheduling, service changes, and prioritize resolving issues.
• Handle the communication of schedules, tracking of service, and documentation of job requirements.
• Review, process, and approve invoices.
• Complete additional tasks / special projects and provide support as needed.
