Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Warehouse Associate role in Burlington, WA . Key Responsibilities :

Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely and efficiently.

Organize and store materials in designated warehouse areas, following inventory control guidelines.

Pick and pack orders accurately for delivery or shipment.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.

Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and resolve logistical challenges.

Document shipments, inventory movement, and discrepancies using tracking systems or logs.

Report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems.

Willingness to work swing shifts, including evenings and occasional weekends.

Forklift certification is a plus, though training can be provided.
