Customer Care Outfitters

Virtual Staffing Solutions is looking for a customer care outfitter with strong communication, critical thinking, and customer service skills. This role supports customers via phone, email, and chathandling orders, resolving issues, and answering product and service questions. You'll use multiple systems to deliver first-contact resolutions and create memorable experiences that drive brand loyalty. Empowered to think beyond standard processes, you'll provide proactive, empathetic support in complex situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries across all channels, resolving issues related to orders, returns, billing, shipping, and product concerns.
  • Convert service interactions into sales by recommending products, suggesting alternatives, and promoting gift card use.
  • Use advanced training, systems, and resources to provide efficient, personalized support, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Stay up to date on current promotions, procedures, and tools to ensure accurate and timely information is shared with customers.
  • Apply feedback and coaching to enhance performance and grow within the role.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior customer service experience is required
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to type and operate multi-channel systems (phone, email, chat)
  • Must be able to read documents, reports, computer screens and other written communication.
  • Priority given to active-duty military spouses and family members.
