Front-End Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Front-End Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage 2-3 product teams, driving productivity and technical excellence

Oversee project planning, prioritization, and resource allocation

Guide front-end architecture and make final technical decisions

Required Qualifications

Experience leading small teams; managing multiple teams is a plus

Strong background in front-end development, including WordPress, JavaScript, HTML / SCSS, and Git

Experience with front-end frameworks like Vue or React is a plus

Proven ability to plan and execute projects while balancing business needs

High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
