Highlights of your role :

• Deliver and install appliances, connecting ductwork, water lines, and wiring, while offering basic operation instructions to customers.
• Diagnose and repair appliances, manage parts ordering and installations, and maintain accurate service records.
• Submit warranty repair documentation and credit invoices to vendors and manufacturers.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and honest customer service throughout every interaction.
