Position Overview
Seeking a dynamic and dedicated Store Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional service for both staff and customers. The Store Manager will play a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience, fostering a positive work environment, and driving operational excellence in our quick service restaurant (QSR) setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive team culture. Organize daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards. Manage and create shift schedules to meet business needs and support staff work-life balance. Oversee inventory and costs of goods sold to optimize profitability. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Support and implement company policies, procedures, and goals. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. Interviewing, hiring, train and developing new team members to build a strong, cohesive staff. Conducting ongoing product training sessions to ensure consistent drink quality and outstanding customer service standards are maintained.
Qualifications
Previous QSR experience preferred but not required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Excellent organization and time management abilities. Outgoing, personable, and committed to creating an amazing experience for both staff and customers. Experience in managing and creating shift schedules. Understanding of costs of goods sold and inventory management. Flexible availability, including willingness to work weekends. Must be able to attend training for 2 weeks out of state.
Benefits
Competitive base salary ranging from $40,000 to $45,000 per year. Quarterly bonus based upon Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Paid time off Advancement opportunities as new stores open within the franchisee network of future Scooter's Coffee locations.
