Job descriptionOversee staging, configuration, and distribution of iPhones for clinical use. Conduct site readiness checks and coordinate deployment logistics. Supervise and direct deployment technicians. Support clinical end-users during onboarding / offboarding. Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed. Document processes and provide deployment status updates.

Healthcare client seeking a Lead Mobile Deployment Technician for mini-Rover deployment as a part of EPIC go live.
- Location : Various client locations - Staten Island, Long Island, NYC
- Contract Rate : $65 / hour W2
Role Summary (Lead) :
Serves as the on-site lead for mobile device deployments supporting Epic Rover platform. Coordinates site readiness, device setup, distribution, and frontline support. Manages a small team of technicians, handles escalations, and ensures deployment tasks are completed on schedule. Acts as liaison with project managers, clinical staff, and IT teams.
