We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in high-performance environments while supporting all aspects of the sales process. As our Strategic Sales Associate, you'll nurture relationships, build value, and collaborate strategically with sellers, internal resources, and client brokers to support a sales pipeline that exceeds quota expectations.

- Strategic support : Assist in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes while maintaining focus amid competing priorities
What You'll Actually Do
Master sales technology : Develop expert proficiency in tech stack including Salesforce, Microsoft Office Tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Seismic for seamless sales support.Enable sales excellence : Assist and support RFP / RFI / Proposals and Order Forms while coordinating final proposal document production for submission with precision.Manage pipeline operations : Maintain active Salesforce pipeline while updating notes, contact roles, products, and opportunity status throughout lifecycle.Coordinate sales activities : Set calendar invites, manage / organize meetings related to opportunities, attend broker calls when appropriate, and run internal prep meetings.Customize presentations : Create prospect and broker-specific PowerPoint presentations with seller input while making necessary changes to proposals as needed.Support opportunity progression : Provide strategic support in opportunity development and progression while gathering internal resources to support contracting phase.Build relationships : Maintain active broker, prospect, and pipeline relationship support with ongoing responsibility for resource documentation.Drive continuous improvement : Work cross-functionally to improve processes and products while providing recognition to those supporting team success.What You Bring to Our Mission
The foundational experience :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceDemonstrable track record of success in similar role supporting complex / multi-stakeholder healthcare servicesKnowledge of employee benefits, self-funded employer groups, other TPAs, and broker dynamicsUnderstanding of self-funded and stop loss models, networks, and PBMsThe operational excellence :
