In our one-on-one ABA therapy environment, you'll work directly with children aged 18 months to 8 years using ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a nurturing center-based atmosphere. With robust supervision, ongoing training, and a passionate team, you'll make a real difference every day!

Your Role as a Behavior Therapist :

• Apply ABA Therapy : Use the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to assist children with Autism in reaching their full potential by implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and applying feedback from supervisors.
• Support Development : Engage young children through fun therapeutic activities that promote their growth and learning.
• Team Collaboration : Work with a team to enhance treatment effectiveness and ensure a safe, enjoyable atmosphere.
• Engage with Children : Interact with children through play and movement activities, fostering joy and enthusiasm in a variety of engaging contexts.
• Communicate Effectively : Maintain positive communication with peers, families, and supervisors to celebrate achievements and coordinate activities.

Job Requirements :

You will complete the RBT certification within 20 days of employment by engaging in 40 hours of training, passing an assessment, and registering for the board exam.

Pay Ranges by Experience & Education :

For entry-level candidates, your first raise is earned upon certification as RBT, usually within 21 days!
