Las Montañas, a vibrant Tex-Mex restaurant in downtown Aspen, is known for sizzling fajitas, house-made tortillas, fresh ceviches, and wood-grilled steaks and seafood—paired with cocktails, agave spirits, and an extensive wine list.
We are seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all aspects of our culinary program. This leader will set the vision for the kitchen, drive menu innovation, and ensure exceptional food quality while managing operations, budgets, and a dynamic team. The role offers the opportunity to create memorable dining experiences in our stunning second-floor space featuring mountain views, outdoor patios, and a colorful Mexican-inspired interior.
