Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

Valparaiso, IN - Psychiatrist - O / P - $275K + DOE + $25K Sign Bonus

• 55 miles SE of Chicago, 55 miles SW of S Bend
• Adult Psychiatrist or Child Psychiatrist - All O / P
• In Person clinic - NOT Tele-Health
• Non Profit - Mental Health & Substance Use treatment
• See all Adults or see Adults and Adolescents
• 60 min evals, 15 min med mgmt + 1 Hour Admin time daily
• Join a large team of 6 Psychiatrists, 9 PMHNP's + large support staff
• Work Mon-Friday - 4(10's) or 5(8's) - may be able to work from home 1 or 2 days / week
• Weekend call by phone 1 : 7 from Fri 8 PM - Mon 8 AM - very light after hours call
• Optional supervision of PMHNP at $9K / yr per NP (supervise 1 or-2 NP's)
• Full Benefits included - use Streamline EMR
• $275K (including call) DOE + $25K sign bonus + $15K relo bonus + $ for NP supervision
