We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations and maintenance for a luxury high-rise condominium. This role ensures that all building systems, common areas, and amenities are functioning optimally, while delivering exceptional service to residents. The Facilities Manager will lead a team, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise facilities staff and oversee daily maintenance operations.
• Manage facilities budget, project planning, and cost control.
• Hire and direct contracted service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and enforce policies for facility use and supply management.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
