We are looking for a highly motivated, customer service-oriented individual with a positive attitude interested in developing a career in Auto Sales. No previous experience required. Responsibilities:
• Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Input customer's information into our CRM tool.
• Showcase the dealership's vehicles and explain their features and warranties
• Answer customer questions about the vehicle and features
• Report to sales manager
• Accompany customer on a demo drive after acquiring their valid driver’s license and any other required document
• Negotiate vehicle pricing and trade-in value for customer's vehicle
• Coordinate with the finance department on purchasing options
• Provide a thorough vehicle delivery
• Follow-up with past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicle
