What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Identify, document, and evaluate business operations and process designs
  • Collect data to identify root causes of problems and perform in-depth data analysis
  • Collaborate with business leaders to achieve enterprise objectives and performance targets
  • Ensure integration of business processes across divisions
  • Lead projects to apply re-engineering techniques for business performance improvement

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • High school diploma (HS) / GED
  • Minimum of 6 years of related business experience with a focus on process
  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end claim handling practices
  • Knowledge of claim systems and applications
  • Ability to prioritize work, organize time, and manage multiple projects

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Commercial Claims experience strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of Claims Leadership experience
  • 3+ years of Non-Injury Leadership experience
