Job description

Location :   Bedford, PA

Schedule :

Full-Time - 9 : 30am-6 : 00pm Mon-Fri and every other weekend

(OR)

Casual / On-Call - Choose Your Own Hours from : 4-10p M-F; 6a-2p or 2p-10p every other Saturday; 6a-2p or 2p-10p every other Sunday

Salary : $16.50 and up per hour, based on experience.

Position Duties : Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to our program participants (age 55+) in their home. This includes responsibilities such as bathing / showering, toileting, dressing, meal prep, feeding, light cleaning, etc.  Occasional hours in the day center as needed.

Requirements :

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year (12 months) of experience providing caregiving services for the frail or elderly
  • Valid PA Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • CNA preferred but not required
