As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) III, your responsibilities :
- The main function of a regional CRA is to perform complex medical laboratory tests for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease.
Job Responsibilities :
Analyze laboratory findings to check the accuracy of the results.May analyze samples of biological material for chemical content or reaction.Cultivate, isolate, and assist in identifying microbial organisms, and perform various tests on these microorganisms.Conduct clinical trials of pharmaceuticals. Operate, calibrate, and maintain equipment used in quantitative and qualitative analysis, such as spectrophotometers, calorimeters, flame photometers, and computer-controlled analyzers.May conduct chemical analysis of body fluids, including blood, urine, and spinal fluid, to determine presence of normal and abnormal components. May collect and study blood samples to determine the number of cells, their morphology, or their blood group, blood type, and compatibility for transfusion purposes, using microscopic techniques.May prepare specimen and media for cell culture, using aseptic technique and knowledge of medium components and cell requirements.Develop, standardize, evaluate, and modify procedures, techniques and tests used in the analysis of specimens and in medical laboratory experiments. Skills : Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.Strong knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries and diseases. Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (international quality standard for human clinical trials) and local regulations.Strong ability to analyze data and accurately document and record results.Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required. 5-7 years’ experience required.Thank you!

Pay Range
