As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in supporting security-related operations at a prominent financial institution location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and coordinating communications, assisting with incident response, and helping to deter security-related issues through prompt and professional dispatch services. You will also provide outstanding customer service and maintain clear communication with both staff and visitors. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
