A counseling and consultation center is looking for a part-time Office Coordinator.
Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming calls and client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate and schedule client intakes, ensuring efficient appointment booking.
- Maintain and manage the Google calendar for appointments and meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks for insurance billing purposes.
- Handle QuickBooks entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare bank deposits and assist with financial transactions.
- Efficiently organize and maintain filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Collaborate with the office manager on administrative tasks and support.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Word and Excel for various administrative functions.
Qualifications :
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in QuickBooks, preferred.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.Ability to manage schedules and handle various administrative duties.Flexible schedule to accommodate different work arrangements.Previous experience in office coordination or administrative support is a plus.
