Hours : Part-time (25 / week)

Location : Reading, MA

A counseling and consultation center is looking for a part-time Office Coordinator.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage incoming calls and client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Coordinate and schedule client intakes, ensuring efficient appointment booking.
  • Maintain and manage the Google calendar for appointments and meetings.
  • Perform data entry tasks for insurance billing purposes.
  • Handle QuickBooks entries and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare bank deposits and assist with financial transactions.
  • Efficiently organize and maintain filing systems for easy document retrieval.
  • Collaborate with the office manager on administrative tasks and support.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Word and Excel for various administrative functions.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage schedules and handle various administrative duties.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate different work arrangements.
  • Previous experience in office coordination or administrative support is a plus.
