    Job Description :

    We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to assist in delivering exceptional patient care. Youll work under the supervision of a licensed OTR and help implement therapy plans that promote recovery and function.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Carry out treatment sessions as outlined by the supervising OTR
  • Monitor and document patient progress
  • Help educate patients on exercises and post-treatment care
  • Maintain a clean and organized therapy area

    • Qualifications :

  • Active Florida COTA license
  • Interest or experience in hand therapy preferred
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow detailed treatment protocols

    • Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday
  • Full-time or part-time availability
