Member of Technical Staff - Developer Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Infrastructure Engineer to drive the tools and systems that enable engineering teams to deliver software efficiently and reliably. In this role, you will work across the full development lifecycle, including CI / CD, testing environments, deployments, and releases, to enhance developer productivity and system reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, high-performance infrastructure while adopting cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep technical background, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about building systems that empower developers at scale. This is an opportunity to influence the engineering workflow across a fast-growing, high-impact technology environment.

Accountabilities

• Architect, build, and maintain developer tooling that improves productivity and reliability in a distributed cloud environment.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve bottlenecks in the software development lifecycle and advocate for best practices.
• Design infrastructure systems to ensure high reliability under large-scale traffic.
• Develop and enhance infrastructure using Go, Terraform, Kubernetes, GCP, and AWS.
• Consult and collaborate with engineers across teams to ensure infrastructure best practices are followed.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to up-level the team’s technical expertise.
• Continuously improve developer experience by evaluating and implementing innovative infrastructure solutions.
