\nPCU / Stepdown experience required.

\nYears of experience REQ : 2 years experience in PCU minimum

\nCerts REQ : BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

\nWill clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20miles)

\nRTO Restrictions : All RTO must be included at time of submission.

\nGuaranteed Hours : 36 hrs for 3x12's - 40 hrs for 8 / 10's

\nSpecial Requirements : Epic experience MUST be a 3 or 4; familiarity with cardiac drips required. Please make sure traveler is aware that there are time sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once confirmed for an assignment. Please do not delay.

\nPermanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date

\nAll RTO must be presented at time of submission only- facility will not review RTO submitted after this time.

\n2 references from a direct supervisor / manager, ANM, director for the unit submitted to

\n18 months experience Required, 2 years exp. preferred

\nFacility does not accept any license hits.

\nSmoke Free Facility : All travelers MUST BE NICOTINE FREE- No Exceptions! -Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start.

\nFirst time travelers accepted

\nNo Certs pending

\nEKG and Pharm test required during orientation. 2 attempts max for each. No remediation for a re-test. Travelers will be cancelled if they fail. Study materials provided with FDI Shift Info : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 30)
