E-Billing Administrator - Stanley Access Technologies, Remote Connecticut

What You Will Do :

Maintain trackers daily with accuracy.

Submit invoices in a timely manner in the customer portals.

Work with branches and CRM's to solve issues on items that are not able to submit in the customer portal.

Problem solving and resolution - identifying issues and following through to resolution with the necessary individuals.

Take lead on getting setup on new portals and or new customers moving to a customer portal for invoice submission.

Maintain monthly issue file and provide it to leadership to being visibility to issues.

Prepare monthly stats on e-billing volume by portal.

Perform various financial transactions related to billing and support the entire billing process.

Be the key resource for billing support.

Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and others involved in the billing process. Must be able to recognize confidentiality issues and protect such information from inappropriate disclosure.

Process approved invoice cancellation and / or credits.

Employees will also perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by their immediate supervisor or manager.

What You Need to Succeed :

High school diploma

2+ years of billing experience

Solid Computer Skills including email, MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel, and electronic spreadsheet skills

Working knowledge of SAP (preferred)

Excellent communications skills; both written and verbal

Ability to be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills

Ability to overcome obstacles, encounter the unexpected and continue moving forward

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Able to work well with a team as well as individually

Self motivated and reliable

Must have a strong desire to learn
