Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Analyst with expertise in Epic Wisdom to join our dynamic team. The Epic Applications Analyst plays a critical role in implementing and maintaining Epic applications, including module setup, configuration, upgrades, and client support. This position focuses on workflow configurations, go?live support, and ongoing optimization to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Epic Wisdom systems.

Responsibilities :

Epic Wisdom Implementation :

• Lead end-to-end setup and implementation of the Epic Wisdom system.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, IT, and business analysts to customize and configure the system.
• Familiarity with dental practices, workflows, scheduling, and billing processes.
