Minimum qualifications include :

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring for both GTM (sales, pre-sales, field engineering, customer success) and technical (engineering, R&D, manufacturing) roles.
  • 3+ years managing strategic sourcing initiatives for hard-to-fill or specialized technical and commercial roles, leveraging CRM, AI, and data-driven recruiting tools.
  • Proven ability to influence and advise hiring teams, define recruiting priorities in ambiguous environments, and drive timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Experience using ATS platforms (BambooHR preferred) and sourcing tools to manage and report recruitment data effectively.
  • Working knowledge of equity-based compensation and competitive market analysis in technical and GTM talent spaces.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement, and process automation.
  • Preferred qualifications include :

  • Proven success recruiting within high-growth startups, ideally in semiconductor, hardware, or deep tech sectors.
  • Comfort recruiting for GTM roles where product, engineering, and customer-facing functions intersect.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor technologies (SoC design, verification, fabrication, EDA tools, embedded hardware / software).
  • Understanding of both U.S. hiring (e.g., OFCCP) and global hiring compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field preferredor equivalent experience.
  • Location : This is a remote position for employees residing within the United States.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes equity, cash, and incentives, along with health and retirement benefits. Our dynamic, flexible work environment provides the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most influential names in the semiconductor industry.
