Patient Driver

Job Title

Essential Functions : Transport admitting and discharging patients. Respond and adhere to "on call" schedule as required. Accurately and appropriately complete all transportation documentation. Ensure all company vehicles are kept clean.

Requirements : Valid State Driver's License required with an acceptable driving record. First Aid, CPR, and de-escalation certification required (training offered by facility). Excellent Customer Service skills. High School diploma / GED required. Staff must have the COVID-19 vaccine or request a religious / medical exemption at the facility in lieu of the vaccine.
