What You’ll Do
- Deliver guest experiences that resonate. Proactively anticipate needs and ensure service, amenities, and programming align with luxury expectations.
- Drive financial performance. Partner with sales, marketing, and revenue management to maximize topline revenue, control expenses, and achieve or exceed budgeted results.
- Elevate dining & events. Ensure Coa delivers bold, vibrant cuisine and that banquet and event spaces set the standard for memorable celebrations, meetings, and gatherings.
- Build and inspire teams. Hire, train, and retain best-in-class talent who embrace accountability, creativity, and collaboration.
- Lead with vision. Model the property’s culture of excellence while empowering department heads to deliver operational consistency and inspired guest service.
- Foster inclusion and belonging. Champion a workplace that welcomes diverse perspectives, supports growth, and cultivates engagement among associates.
- Be the brand steward. Protect and evolve the hotel’s reputation by aligning with Marriott Autograph Collection standards and First Hospitality’s values.

What Makes You Successful
Experience & Education
5+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience, ideally in an upper-upscale or luxury environmentProven ability to oversee dynamic F&B operations—including signature restaurants, banquets, and high-profile events—while balancing creativity, consistency, and profitabilitySales and revenue management expertise strongly preferredBachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Valid driver’s licenseLeadership & Communication
