Salary : $72,466-$83,336 Annually
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8a-4p (Flexible shift) Weekends and Holiday off, no on-call
Hiring Bonus : $5,000 (paid in two installments at three and six months)
Benefits : Health, Dental and Vision insurance. 401k with employer match. 12 paid holidays annually and generous vacation and sick time.
What is the role of the Clinician at The Arc of Opportunity?
The Behavior Clinician is an integral member of a dynamic team at The Arc of Opportunity, working closely with colleagues and directly supporting individuals and families. In this role, you will conduct behavior assessments, select appropriate supports, and develop and monitor behavior support plans. The Behavior Clinician will also provide recommendations to individuals and their teams on effective behavioral supports and strategies, and will provide training
What you will do :
Qualifications : A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and CORI are required during employment with The Arc of Opportunity.
