Leader of Financial Planning And Analysis

The Leader of Financial Planning and Analysis is a key member of the finance leadership team responsible for leading the company's FP&A function. This individual will bring strategic financial oversight and operational excellence to support scalable growth within a private equitybacked CRO.

Key responsibilities include :

• Partnering with corporate, commercial and business unit leadership and CFO to develop integrated business and financial plans, annual budgets, monthly forecasts and business performance reviews.
• Preparing financial materials for PE sponsors, lenders, and Board presentations.
• Developing and maintaining detailed financial models that support strategic decision-making.
• Driving the development of standardized reporting and operational KPIs across global operations.
• Supporting commercial teams in pipeline forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin optimization.
• Providing financial modelling and analytical support to M&A activities.
• Overseeing development of systems and processes to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Providing leadership and oversight to other members of the FP&A team.
