Title of Position : General Manager

Job Description : The General Manager ensures excellence in : Quality, Service, and Cleanliness throughout the restaurant during his / her shift. The General Manager has financial responsibility for labor cost, inventory, and cash procedures daily. We are looking for a General Manager who loves to coach and follow up with personnel to encourage a smoothly operating restaurant. We encourage the General Manager to continue the growth and development of all team members. As our General Manager, you would support the General Manager with setting and achieving store goals, assisting with the hiring of quality staff members, and their retention.
