The Pay? for the Engineering Technician :

Review and respond to customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for products.Assist in building, documenting, and introducing new assemblies and support engineering changes to existingdesigns.
Support the design, build, and repair of test fixtures used with the Cable-Eye (Cami) continuity testing system.Diagnose and resolve board assembly issues, performing component level troubleshooting as needed.Assist the Lakewood team and offer support with technical issues by learning the product and offering supportwith technical issues.
Work with production leadership to analyze and improve manufacturing processes, including reviewing laborstandards, capacity planning, and workflow optimization.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and product flow.Read and interpret customer drawings and electrical schematics to ensure accurate builds and documentation.Support new product introductions (NPI) and transitions into production.Maintain accurate technical and production records, including updates within the ERP system (ShopWorx orsimilar).
