Overview

We’re seeking a Media Planner (Strategy & Planning) to support integrated branding, PR, and reputation management initiatives that elevate our client’s presence across digital and traditional media. This role will assist in executing awareness campaigns (social, search, display, video, CTV, local TV) and help shape brand perception with key audiences, including investors, policy makers, and local markets. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in brand strategy, crisis management, and narrative development, with a proven ability to support campaigns that influence reputation and deliver measurable impact across channels.

Responsibilities

• Support integrated marketing, branding, and reputation management initiatives across traditional and digital channels (social, search, display, video, CTV, local TV).
• Assist in executing brand awareness campaigns and help maintain consistent brand perception with key external audiences, including investors, policy makers, and local markets.
• Support PR and crisis management efforts, helping ensure proactive engagement and preparedness for potential reputation issues.
• Contribute to campaign strategies across CRM, owned, and paid channels to support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to help execute strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
• Participate in team initiatives and support a collaborative, high-performing work environment.

Compensation Range : $59,850 - $78,800 / annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
