Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally to identify potential accounting issues and recommend solutions
Review new business activities and prepare accounting memorandums for management and auditors
Support financial audits and collaborate on technical accounting assessments and policy preparation
Required Qualifications
Accounting Degree and CPA required
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a leadership role
Big 4 or Mid-Tier experience as a manager or Sr. Manager
Strong / Advanced Technical GAAP experience with specific ASC standards
Experience in Financial Services or Fin-tech industry is a plus
