What You'll Do

As a Residential Service Electrician, you will:

• Perform residential electrical service, repairs, and installations, including panels, wiring, lighting, surge protection, outlets, and switches.

• Diagnose electrical issues and troubleshoot complex problems to deliver safe and effective solutions.

• Provide clear explanations and recommendations to homeowners regarding repair, replacement, and upgrade options.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while educating homeowners about their electrical systems.

• Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety requirements, and local electrical codes.

• Maintain a clean and professional work environment at job sites.

• Properly manage tools, equipment, and company vehicles.

• Document work orders and job details using ServiceTitan or similar software.

What It Takes to Succeed

Successful candidates will bring:

• 2+ years of residential electrical service experience

• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to educate customers and present service options

• A customer-first mindset and ability to meet performance goals

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Strong communication and professionalism

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
